If you attend a photo shoot you will be asked to complete a separate registration form which will be sent directly to the photographer for the purposes of the photo shoot only. We do not accept any liability or responsibility in terms of the privacy and security practices of any third party and suggest you visit their website for information on their privacy statement.

Your information is securely stored at the Baby Swimmers office and through our online administration system.
Your information will be held as long as we provide a service to you whilst you attend our classes. If you prefer not to be contacted in the future, please email us at info@babyswimmers.co.uk and we will remove your details from our database.
• Paper records: 1 year after your last class or contact with us
• Electronic records: 5 years
• Financial records: 7 years
Data is securely deleted after these periods.
Reasonable measures are taken to protect personal information from access by unauthorised persons, however we cannot guarantee the security of your personal data submitted by email or through our website, therefore any transmission is at your own risk.
