Parent & Baby Aquafit (PABA) Classes

PABA is a unique programme that allows you to exercise, bond, and support your child’s early water development.  Each session blends effective aqua fitness for parents with carefully designed activities that help children feel comfortable and happy in the water.

Why Choose PABA?

Parent & Baby Aquafit (PABA) program is a fun 30 minute water based workout designed especially for parents and their little ones. These sessions combine gentle aqua aerobics for adults with playful water confidence activities for babies and toddlers.
Using the natural resistance of the water, parents enjoy a low impact, moderately paced, fat burning workout while holding their child in a variety of safe and supportive positions. At the same time, little ones are introduced to the water through movement, play, and confidence building techniques inspired by our trusted baby swimming approach.
There are two levels based on the age of the child. The first is for parents with babies up to 12 months; the second for toddlers from 12 months to 30 months This ensures that the children are engaging in age and ability appropriate activities and that the work out program is adjusted accordingly.
